We evaluated her portfolio, and identified a free and clear property with more than enough equity for our needs. We closed our loan in less than a week, and she used the proceeds to complete the purchase. Shortly after the close of the new purchase, she was able to refinance our loan into a traditional loan without any prepayment penalty, or the risk of jeopardizing the new acquisition.
