When in-home care costs got to be too expensive, the decision was made to move her into a full-time care facility. Unfortunately, all their cash had been depleted, so the irrevocable trust needed to borrow sufficient funds to cover expenses, and prepare the home for sale. We were able to do just that, to provide an irrevocable trust loan and close well before the situation became more dire.
